Method:
Mix wet ingredients together – 3 cups luke warm water, 2 tbsp veg oil & 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix wet & dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine with wooden spoon or by hand, mix well for 5mins. Oil hands & divide dough into 8-10 portions, shape dough into buns & place on a baking tray. Top with seeds of choice. Cover buns with dry, clean dish towel & set aside in warm area for 20 mins or until buns have almost doubled in size.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15-30 mins or until golden brown – depending on your oven.
