Oat bar Date & Honey (50g)
This is Mary-Ann’s original recipe she made from home for her kids.
We hand make them in bars for easy snacks at work, school, sport and on the road or any time. Highly nutritious and almost a complete meal in a bar. Add a fresh piece of fruit or a raw vegetable like a carrot and you have almost all the nutrients needed for health!
Made with rolled oats, dates, honey, coconut oil, sesame and sunflower seeds, these bars have a delicious flavour and you might just get addicted to them like we are!
Many gluten free diets tolerate oats well.
As with all our products, they contain artificial and added preservatives and colours.
